Hi Everyone.

Welcome to my website. My name is Lisa Paul. I am a Counsellor/Psychotherapist and I work primarily with mothers who are experiencing difficulties in navigating this thing call "motherhood".

There are many reasons that women struggle with the adjustment to being a mother and I want to let you know that primarily and most importantly - you are not alone. Many women go through this period of suddenly becoming a stay at home mother, putting careers on hold, feeling that their relationships with their partners is crumbling and then the isolation and struggle of what should have been, is not...........

My main reason for writing this? I want you to know that with support and a safe place to discuss your feeling and to work through other issues should they arise, is where the healing starts and the "mother" emerges intact.
